Cannabis Infused beef stew recipe

Makes 8 servings – Takes 9 hours

Ingredients:

– 4 tablespoons marijuana infused olive oil.

– 2 pounds of stewing beef

– 1 teaspoon kosher salt

– 1 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 pound of small red potatoes

– 1 small bag of baby carrots

– 1 onion (peeled and diced)

– 3 garlic cloves (minced)

– 3 cups of broth (beef or vegetable)

– 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

– 1 teaspoon of thyme

– 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

– 1 teaspoon of Rosemary

– 1 teaspoon of paprika.

– 2 bay leaves

– 1/4 cup of all purpose white flour

– 2 tablespoons of parsley leaves (fresh and chopped)

Tools

– 1 slow cooker
– 1 large spoon
– 1 spatula
– 1 saucepan
– 1 small bowl

Instructions

1. Warm the marijuana infused olive oil in a sauce pan over a medium heat.

2. Add stewing beef to the saucepan and season with salt., paprika, thyme, and rosemary.

3. Cook the stewing beef for 5 minutes occasionally stirring.

4. Once the beef have browned, remove from heat and pour into the slow cooker.

5. Add the carrots, garlic, and onion to the slow cooker and set out on low.

6. Add the Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, and paprika and combine the ingredients gently stirring.

8. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and the beef broth.

9. While stirring the stew, slowly pour in the flour mixture.

10. Cover again and let the stew cook for another 30-40 minutes.

11. Turn off the heat and serve. Enjoy!
