How do I make a payment?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email from one of our staff members with payment instructions. Most common payment methods are email money transfer or PayPal, however, we accept many other payment methods.

Once payment has been received you will receive an email payment confirmation usually within 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Your order status will be updated to “processing” once confirmed payment.

Once payment has been received and your order status has been updated to “processing” you will receive an email with tracking information from 3 to 24 hours excluding weekends. Your order status will be changed to “complete” once your tracking information has been updated and sent.

We ship all orders within 3 to 24 hours after payment.

What happens if my package does not arrive?

If 72 hours have passed and your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number and explain the situation. The best way to avoid this kind of situations is to confirm we have the correct shipping information. *We will not de any refunds if Canada Post delays on shipping or on stolen packages if Canada Post marks it “delivered”*

Do I need to have a signature to receive my order?

Signatures are required for all orders for your extra security and to protect your investment. If you do not want to use signature for your shipping please add on notes your request. We will not be liable for any lost/stolen or damaged packages.

Why does the tracking information on Canada Post take so long to update?

Answer

Canada Post may forget to update their process and it may happen more if between weekends. Most of our orders arrive within 3 business days, however, they may delay due to unforeseen situations.
